Jen Kasle, C.E.O. and Founder
As CEO of The Talent, Jen Kasle has proudly led the company for two decades, steering it through COVID, multiple industry strikes, and an ever-changing entertainment landscape—not just to survive, but to thrive. She continues to personally oversee every account, guiding her team of seven full-time staff members, alongside a network of skilled freelancers and interns.
Jen founded The Talent (originally JB Talent) in spring 2005, staying true to its core mission: booking top-tier, on-brand talent for television talk shows, award shows, magazine covers, celebrity castings, non-profits, live events, and digital platforms.
Under her leadership, The Talent has made an indelible mark in the industry. Jen helped cast the hosts of CBS’s The Talk and oversaw all guest bookings for 13-seasons—earning two Daytime Emmy Awards along the way. She secured Health magazine covers for seven years, booked film talent for The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson for over five years, and brought A-list guests to Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen for more than five years.
The Talent has become the go-to agency for celebrity game shows, booking all stars for multiple seasons of Celebrity Family Feud, Match Game, Pyramid, Hollywood Game Night, and The Gong Show. On the awards front, Jen’s team has secured presenters and performers for the American Music Awards, Billboard Music Awards, Academy of Country Music Awards, NBA Awards, and Kids’ Choice Awards. The company has also partnered with Macy’s for nine consecutive years to book marquee performances and float acts for the iconic Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.
In the non-profit arena—perhaps her proudest work—Jen has booked talent for Red Nose Day, helping raise over $30M annually for children’s charities, and was instrumental in the booking and producing of the Hand in Hand hurricane relief benefit in 2017, produced in under 10 days and raising over $55M.
Her booking highlights read like a who’s who of Hollywood and beyond: Tom Hanks, George Clooney, Oprah, Cher, Julia Roberts, Jennifer Aniston, Sandra Bullock, Robin Williams, Steve Carell, Jack Black, Jamie Foxx, Scarlett Johansson, David Beckham, Kobe Bryant, Russell Crowe, Robert Downey Jr., Matthew McConaughey, Ben Stiller, Billy Crystal, and Samuel L. Jackson.
Outside the office, Jen can be found hiking the Colorado trails with her boyfriend, planning globe-trotting adventures with her two young adult children, experimenting with her latest art project, or speaking in ridiculous voices to her beloved dogs, Finnegan and Bradley.
